Hello and welcome!

We're a group of friends and neighbors who have lived in Glenbrook for over 25 years. Together, we've joined with other friends and neighbors to start the Save Our GCC initiative. Some of us have kids who played T-ball at Northrop Field, or went to the GCC preschool or afterschool programs. Some of us attended AA meetings, GNA meetings, or Zumba classes at the center—and some of us have never set foot in the GCC. One thing we all have in common is a sincere belief that our neighborhood needs a community center. That's what we're fighting for. We are all volunteers and this website was created by me, Miriam Kliewe.
